The Callforeign Callshop module consists
of two parts:
- Server - built on our Callforeign
platform
- Software – compatible with
Windows operating system and installed in the callshop
Gain the following real-time control
of calls made by customers simply by logging into the
system with your User ID and Password:
- connection status
- telephone number
- time of the connection
- cost of call
At the end of the call, the amount
used by the customer is displayed. The system also gives
information on:
- the history of connections
- compilation of sales figures
for a particular client
- compilation of sales figures
for a specific amount of time
The transparency of data is a very
significant feature of the software. Each terminal/phone
is presented in a table form with its current status
and other useful information displayed.
